Busyness and stress take over until people harness the power of intention to shift from chaos to calm and create their ideal life balance.

It's the norm to feel out of balance these days with so much going on in the world. People are getting busier and busier and stress is taking its toll. When a person's life is imbalanced, it affects their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health along with their work, family and relationships.

Yet when a person sets their intention to have life balance and uses law of attraction — like attracting like — to achieve it, they experience realignment in all areas of their life. They have more time and energy for family and friends; productivity and efficiency may increase and relationships can blossom.

Use Law of Attraction to Create Balance in Life

People often believe that when they have more money, more help at home, or fewer tasks and fewer demands at work, they will have time and energy to have a balanced life. Yet, it doesn't typically work this way; people wait and hope, while staying busy and stressed. This illustrates the importance of creating external change if internal change is to occur.

Fortunately, because like attracts like, all that is required to shift from chaos to calm is to embody the state of effortless ease and carry this into every activity throughout the day. With a calm mind and body, all activities at work and home become less stressful and more balanced. It's as though time slows down to allow for increased productivity. Communication becomes clearer and relationships lighten and deepen at the same time. When a person is in a state of ease, moving at their natural pace and rhythm, nothing stressful can interfere. Instead, law of attraction brings more opportunities for ease and joy.

How to Shift into a State of Ease

Moving into a state of ease requires stepping out of reaction mode and consciously choosing to approach all aspects of life from a lighter perspective. Play with the following suggestions.

  • Use the power of intention. Before going anywhere, doing any activity or encountering anyone, set an intention to have ease, amusement or whatever tone would be most supportive for having flow and balance in your day. Get into the habit of setting your intention regularly and watch the amazing results.
  • Envision ideal balance. Spend 5 to 10 minutes at the beginning of each week, envisioning your ideal week. See it, feel it, experience it. This sets a goal for the mind and a feeling state for the body to achieve.
  • Respond instead of react. Many people unconsciously react to pressures, demands and other stressful situations. This only creates more stress and imbalance. Instead, shift stress reactions; pause, breathe and choose how to respond to each situation. If a person wants peace, they need to be peaceful.
  • Meet underlying needs. Everyone has certain needs that if unmet, lead to more chaos in life. In order be creative, some people need to have a clutter free space. To have a clear mind, some need to eat protein frequently. To have healthy relationships, many need complete honesty. Discover what underlying needs have to be met in order to have ease and peace in your life.
  • Set priorities and create boundaries. Take time to review important priorities in life and decide where to set boundaries. In order to say yes to some things it may mean saying no to others. Before making any decision, ask if it will bring you closer to or further away from having an easy, balanced life.

As people use the power of intention to create a life of ease and joy, law of attraction works to bring them more of this. Just as stress has a ripple effect into one's work life and personal life, ease brings smiles and amusement everywhere it goes.
